The best way to ensure your prescription includes all the information we’ll need is to send us an e-script and fax using the Prescription Referral Form with the supporting documentation requested within the Prescription Checklist. Our team will match the e-script to the supporting documents and reach out if we have any questions.

What Happens Next?

• Our team at Biologics will process your patient’s prescription and fax your practice to confirm and verify all information.
• From there we advocate for your patient through the benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance processes.
• Want status updates? The pharmacy will send updates to your practice when the prescription is processed. For those patients that provide an email address, a notification with a tracking number may be shared.
