Cary, N.C., Oct. 1, 2026 – Biologics by McKesson, an independent specialty pharmacy specializing in oncology, cell and gene, and rare disease therapies, has been selected by Celcuity to be the specialty pharmacy provider for REVTORPYK™ (gedatolisib). This newly FDA‑approved intravenous therapy is indicated for the treatment of adults with hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer and is designed to target key pathways that drive cancer cell growth and survival.
HR+/HER2– breast cancer is the most common subtype of breast cancer. While many patients initially respond to endocrine (hormone-blocking) therapy, the disease can become more difficult to control as cancer cells adapt and find new ways to grow. Some tumors rely on multiple internal signaling pathways to continue growing, which can make disease control more challenging over time. REVTORPYK offers a targeted treatment approach designed to address these broader growth signals, providing an additional option for patients whose disease has progressed.
Biologics by McKesson is committed to and recognized for its level of customer service as well as its innovative, high-touch, and multidisciplinary approach. Putting patients first in all they do, the Biologics’ pharmacy team includes pharmacists with in-depth knowledge of therapies, experienced nurses, and financial counselors who are familiar with various financial assistance programs and organizations that help patients.
