Cary, N.C., July 7, 2026 – Effective July 7, Cycle Pharmaceuticals’ PHYRAGO™ (dasatinib) will be supported by Biologics by McKesson as a limited distribution specialty pharmacy partner. PHYRAGO is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of newly diagnosed adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase; adults with chronic, accelerated, or myeloid or lymphoid blast phase Ph+ CML with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy including imatinib; adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy; pediatric patients 1 year of age and older with Ph+ CML in chronic phase; and pediatric patients 1 year of age and older with newly diagnosed Ph+ ALL in combination with chemotherapy.
PHYRAGO is an amorphous solid dispersion formulation of dasatinib with the unique clinical benefit allowing concomitant use alongside proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and H2 receptor antagonists (H2RAs) to help manage gastric acid disorders.1

Philadelphia chromosome‑positive leukemias are rare blood cancers caused by a genetic change that leads to the growth of abnormal cells in the bone marrow. This form of blood cancer can become harder to treat over time, especially when patients no longer respond to earlier therapies or cannot tolerate them. Targeted treatments such as kinase inhibitors work by blocking the signals that allow cancer cells to grow. For many patients, staying on treatment can be critical, making access to therapy and ongoing support especially important.
